REFUND & RETURN POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be canceled until they are processed. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can contact us via [email protected] to get step by step instructions.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or reshipment.

Please keep the shipping label in case of incidents.

Your refund or reshipment will not be approved in case your order did not arrive because of factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Wozoro (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster), please contact us for solution.

Requests for returns (ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR SUPPORT TEAM PRIOR TO BEING SENT), exchanges or refunds must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong measurements with our size chart.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own costs if there is any unplanned cost.
  • We do not accept exchange regards to the wrong size ordered because when you accept to pay, you have automatically accepted your chosen size.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF

  • You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefor we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
  • We do not accept the refund request for material reason.
  • We do not accept exchange regards to the wrong size ordered because when you accept to pay, you have automatically accepted your chosen size. Please see our size chart carefully before placing your order.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way.
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault.
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
  • Please keep the shipping label in case of incidents.
